The box of king tutankhamun’s

the tomb of tutankhamun (reigned c 1334_1325 bc) a pharaoh of the eighteenth dynasty of ancient egypt in the valley of the kings ( Egypt) which became famous for the wealth of treasure it contained . The tomb was discovered in November 4,1922 by Howard Carter ,There are a wonderful drawings appear on the walls of the tomb show Tutankhamun facing various challenges and dangers on his journey to the afterlife, such as confronting mythical monsters and passing through the gates of hell.

 Tutankhamun and his followers appear meeting Osiris: Osiris is considered the judge of the other world, and in these scenes Tutankhamun appears standing before Osiris to hold him accountable for his actions in this world’s life, And these scenes from the book of the afterlife reflect religious beliefs: they reveal the ancient Egyptians’ belief in a life after death, and that the king must undergo a trial before entering the afterlife.
